Smart Security Sales Consultants X4

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To drive sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling smart security solutions (including CCTV surveillance systems, alarm systems, access control solutions, and smart connectivity installations) to new and existing residential and commercial clients. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing tailored security solutions, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall success and market presence of the business.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, door-to-door prospecting and direct engagement.
 Promote and sell smart security solutions including:
o Smart locks (biometric, fingerprint, facial recognition)
o CCTV surveillance systems
o Access control and turnstile systems
o Alarm and intrusion detection systems
o Wi-Fi and fibre connectivity solutions
 Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to clients.
 Identify customer needs and recommend suitable security solutions.
 Prepare quotations and follow up on leads.
 Negotiate and close sales successfully.
 Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
 Meet agreed monthly sales targets.
 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress

Minimum Experience
 Experience in sales (preferably in security systems, smart home technology,CCTV systems,electronics or technical solutions)
 formal qualification not required
 Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Self-motivated and target-driven.
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 Willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
 Basic understanding of smartphones and mobile applications
 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
 Experience in solution-based selling is highly advantageous

  • Existing Existing customer networks within Residential estates, Businesses and Property management companies
     Own reliable transport (advantage but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge and Skills
     Understanding of smart security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, intercoms, IoT solutions)
     Basic technical understanding of installations and system functionality
